Katherine Laura Traub passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at the age of 90 years. Kaye is remembered by her son Bill Lalonde (Evelyn); daughter Caroline Clark (Gary); grandchildren Tracy Lalonde, Jason Lalonde (Tracy), Adam Lalonde (Eleanor) and Robert Clark; great-grandchildren Sabrina Lalonde, Chase Church and many nieces and nephews, cousins and close friends. She is also survived by Susan and Paul Brick; brother Bruce Murray; and sister Judith Murray. She was predeceased by her husband Lawrence Traub and sister Margaret Murray.
Kaye was born in Saltcoats, Saskatchewan and she served in the Canadian Army.
A Funeral Service will be held at SOUTH CALGARY FUNERAL CENTRE, 12700 Macleod Trail South (at Lake Fraser Gate), on Saturday, May 7, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations being made in Kaye’s memory to a charity of your choice.
