Karen Kuen Hung Mah

May 16, 1937- April 17, 2015

It is with deep sadness that the Mah family announce her passing after a long and happy life. She passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family. We will miss her smile and laughter. Her love and forgiving kindness brought us so much happiness and shaped who we are today. She always worked hard and made sure we were alright, giving us strength to take care of our families. She enjoyed being with family and friends. We loved her so much and treasure all that she has given to us, as well as to the Chinese community. She is lovingly remembered by her husband Bing Mon Mah; her children Julia (Bill) Wong, Terry (Debra) Mah and Roldan (Liliy) Mah; her grandchildren Justin and Andrea Wong, Christina and Jonathan Mah, and Tiffany and Charmaine Mah. Her brother Warren (Janet) Wong and sisters Annie (Warren) Lau and Sandra (Wayne) Leong. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at a Visitation held at FOSTER’S GARDEN CHAPEL (3220 4 Street N.W. Calgary (across from Queen’s Park Cemetery on Sunday, May 3, 2015 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will also be held at FOSTER’S GARDEN CHAPEL on Monday, May 4, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. followed by Internment at Queen’s Park Cemetery. We would like to thank everyone at the Foothills Intensive Care Unit. They were attentive, caring and patient with our mother and us.
