April 24, 1930 – January 11, 2013
Our beloved brother and uncle, John Malcolm McLeod, passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side on Friday, January 11, 2013 at the age of 82. He will be forever remembered and loved by his sisters May, Aggie, Doris, Mary; brothers Jug and Kenny; numerous nieces and nephews and his childhood buddy Ray Luft. A special thanks to his nieces, Thyra and Donna who were always there for him and great nephew, Trent for caring for him during his illness. He was predeceased by his mother Elizabeth and father Alexander and sisters Margaret, Flo, Jean and Bella. John was a very kind and loving man who always had time for his family. He was very special to his many sisters. He was a sheet metal worker, a trade he loved and at which he was skilled. John also had a passion for planes all his life and had his pilot’s license. He enjoyed puttering around out in the yard and feeding the robins. John’s caring ways will be missed very much. Dearest Johnny we will love you forever. The Family extends a special thank you to Dr. Stewart and unit 57 at the Tom Baker.
