Jim is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Gloria; his daughters, Cami (John) Manson and Erin (Mike Slater) McLeod; and his cherished grandchildren, Jack and Lucy Manson. He was predeceased by his parents, Eleanor and Clarence McLeod and his brother, Bruce McLeod.
Jim was born in Rimbey, Alberta and was raised in Richmond, B.C. Jim served 20 years with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police while obtaining his law degree. After 16 years at the Law Society, Jim retired in June 2002.
