Henry C Chan

After a year-long battle with cancer, on December 21, 2021, Henry C. Chan passed away peacefully at home while surrounded by his loving family. He leaves behind his loving wife, May Chan and four children; Belinda Chan, Ryan Chan, Jason Chan and Kevin Chan. Henry was a caring and loving soul who would go to the ends of the world for his family. A true lover of nature, an avid sightseer, you would always find him with a camera around his neck taking snapshots of either the local wildlife or the stunning greenery.

Henry is survived by his loving wife and soul mate May Chan; children Belinda Chan (Jeff Mack) (grandchildren Hayley, Eric, Chloe and Ethan), Ryan Chan, Jason Chan (Kaela Chan) and Kevin Chan; brothers Tony Chen (Rose Chen) and Kee Chan (Jenny Chan); sisters Jenny Mah and Sue Yee (Won Ting Yee); sisters-in-law Maria Chan, Yuet Yong Chan and Teresa (Stan) Ma; brothers-in-law Hong Chew, Tony (Li Ping) Chew; and many nieces and nephews. Henry was predeceased by his parents Duk Moon Chan and Mee Ching Yee Chan; brothers Benny, Don and Wilson; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Jim and Chun Choi Chew; and sister-in-law Theresa Novicki-Chew.

Donations in Henry's memory will be forwarded to Canadian Cancer Society. Thank you and we all appreciate everyone who attended the service in Henry's memory.
