Gilles Edmond Poulin

This letter is from his 4 brothers and 6 sisters. We know it is very difficult to lose somebody, particularly when they are that far away. But in our hearts you are close because we love you very much. We are very sad for the sudden loss of our brother Gilles. He was a very special man with so many qualities and your love for your family and friends was unconditional. You are very unique and we will miss you.

We will cherish all the good memories and the joy of a big family. You will be missed and we can only imagine the depth of the void that it will leave for your friends’ lives.

As we know, Harald and Gilles worked more than 30 years both as friends and associates. Not only was he a great person to do business with, he was also an excellent artist. Gilles loved country music so much and had many memorable days on the links over the years. He had an amazing sense of humor and was a gifted storyteller. Gilles was always straightforward and as honest as the day is long. In short, our brother Gilles was an exceptional friend, colleague and brother who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

A Memorial Service will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion, Millennium Branch #289, KGCA Community Hall, 2828 - 28 St. S.W. Calgary, AB, on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at 2:00pm.
