I cherished Geza’s charm, zest and fullness of spirit that never diminished and filled a room! Very much missed and never forgotten!

I went to SAIT way back when i met Geza through the power engineering program.I was a young guy from a small town and we both liked and played hockey and that was when steve his brother was playing for lethbridge broncos and was drafted by NY rangers.I had some great times laughing about his antics he was the best ever RIP geza .

Sherry and I are shocked and heartbroken to hear this sad news.  Although we haven’t been part of your lives for years,  our friendship with Geza was something that meant a lot to us from our days working and laughing together.  Geza was a wonderful, kind and generous person who could brighten a room with his positive attitude.  He was a supporter of mine when times were tough and he has a place in our hearts forever.  We are sorry for your loss and we send our love and support to you and your family.

I am saddened to learn this morning of Geza’s passing. I had lost touch with him over the years however I often remember his selflessness and enthusiasm when there were times to live life. Such times as when he took my young son Elliot and me up to Carnavon Lake to catch a bunch of cuttthroat or when he would take me out after a long night shift at Petrocan and teach me how to skate. Watching him and his great friend Nelson perform at slow pitch tournaments always brought a smile.
Most of all I remamber how deeply he loved you - his family - and my prayers go out to all of you in this time of his passing.
May the Lord Bless you, keep you, and cause his face to shine upon you.

Tracy we are shocked and sad at Geza's passing.  He was a much loved friend to the Kamis Family and will always be remembered for his kindness, sense of humour and the ability to always step up when his help was needed. He is in our memory forever...love you Geza.

Tracy, Everett and Reid I cannot tell you how sorry I am for your loss. Geza was larger then life to me, big, bold and always smiling. We spent a lot of time together over the years both in the rink and traveling to and from hockey. Geza was a kind, generous man that I liked very much. Our deepest sympathies, during this difficult time.   Geza,  was a passionate, vibrant man, with a huge smile and wonderful laugh.  It was always evident that his love of family knew no bounds.  We will fondly recall our road trips to follow the Royal’s boys to their hockey games, the laughter, hijinks on the way to the game and the post-game run down on the way home will always hold a very special place in our hearts.

Tracey and family, we want you to know that our thoughts are with you. We can't even begin to imagine what you're going through! There are many highlights getting together with your entire clan, but a highlight at the very top of the list was Geza with his “bubba” (Peter will miss getting into trouble with him hahaha!). He was one-of-a-kind and we feel lucky we got to know him.

We are deeply saddened by the news of Geza's passing.  His sense of humour and wit were one of the reasons we became your neighbor- he was on your driveway with Rex the day we came to see the house. He told us all about the neighbourhood  and made us feel so welcome. We wanted to buy the house right after our encounter with him as we knew Geza would tell us "how it is".
He was very caring and compassionate, and always asked about Quinn and how he couldn't wait to put the basketball net out for kids to play on the street. We will never forget him, his loving nature, and booming laughter.

Tracey, Everett, and Reid, our sincere condolences on the passing of your wonderful husband and father. We have so many fond memories and moments we have for Geza.
From his contagious laugh to his mile wide smile, that you couldn’t help but smile back.
One fond memory we have is at a Hockey tournament where Geza was coaching the boys.
At one point he became agitated with the referees calls against our team and decided to get his attention by throwing a stick onto the ice, of course getting tossed in the process. He walked across the ice with that magnificent smile waving as he went. We will never ever forget Geza and that smile.

What a great picture!  Though we did not know his name we knew that smile.  We have sat several rows behind him at the Stampeders games for a number of years and always enjoyed his unbridled enthusiasm.  Our deepest condolences go out to all his family and friends.  Row 20.

I was deeply saddened to hear of the loss of my Brother Geza,
His passion for everything he did was contagious,
From the Golf Trips, Ski Trips, Fishing and gatherings at the Cabin, he was always the life of the Party.
I will forever cherish his friendship, and forever miss him.

Tracey, Everett and Reid my thoughts  are with you at this difficult time.  Geza was like a brother to me, he knew how to push my buttons and he did quite often, but always with a laugh that wouldn't allow you to stay angry for long.   I was fortunate to see him this July, which was the most precious gift from him and Tracey  that I have and will ever received.  Geza will always be part of my heart and will be missed by all.

We remember Geza on the ice, skating with the boys his smile bigger then theirs. We remember Geza hammer in hand  sweating it out until BEER TIME laughing the day away.   We remember his kind and generous nature.  We remember how very proud he was of his family. His heart was big. His grin bigger. He gave the best bear hugs... ever. 

We'll miss him.

My deepest sympathies to Tracey , Everett and Reid. Geza was someone I loved being with. He filled a big generous space with a love of life and great humor . He’s going to leave a big hole for many of us with some truly great memories, but also a wonderful lesson in living life to the fullest. Too short a life but one well spent in my books.
