It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Gerry Gunderson after a long life at the age of 90 years. Mom is lovingly remembered by her daughters, Beverly (Ken) Hildebrand of Winnipeg, MB and Carol Gunderson of Calgary, AB. Gerry was predeceased by Grant, her husband of 56 years. We are comforted that they are now reunited. An excellent cook, Gerry always had a meal and goodies on hand for her visitors. She had time for family and friends and took great pleasure in welcoming them into her home. Gerry loved to paint; many will remember her by her paintings and cards. Gerry deeply enjoyed the company of many friends that she gathered throughout her life. Our family wishes to express our gratitude for all of their friendships. At Gerry’s sincere request no service will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made directly to the charity of one’s choice.
