It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. “Fred” Wuotila on Thursday, June 7, 2018 in Calgary, Alberta at the age of 80 years.
In the early ‘80s Fred became very involved in gaining the bid for the 1988 Calgary Winter Olympics as Vice President for protocol services for C.O.D.A. Since his retirement from Don Forester’s Menswear, Fred became an ardent golfer at the Winston Golf Course, where he served on the board.
Fred is survived by is loving wife, Yvonne; along with a brother, Larry and sister, Joyce.
Fred is predeceased by his mother, Gladys; his father, Andy; along with a brother, Nelson and two sisters, Lois and Rosemary.
At Fred’s request, there will be no Funeral Service.
