Esther Norma Erb passed away suddenly at her home in Santa Paula, California on December 20, 2010 at the age of 78 years. She was born to Alfred and Jessie Corbett on July 6, 1932 in Calgary, Alberta. Esther moved to California in 1950 to escape the cold Calgary winters. She worked for thirty years as a loan officer. Esther is lovingly remembered by her two step daughters Joan VonWerder and Judy Stewart; three cousins Walter Watson, Allan (Rhonda) Watson and Robert (Janice) Regan; several step grandchildren and other relatives. Interment took place at Queen’s Park Cemetery on Saturday, January 22, 2011 at 2:00p.m. meeting at FOSTER’S GARDEN CHAPEL, 3220 – 4 Street N.W., Calgary prior to burial. A Gathering was held at Foster’s Garden Chapel on Saturday, January 22, 2011 at 3:00p.m. If friends so desire, memorial donations may be made directly to the Mustard Seed Street Ministry, 102 – 11 Avenue S.E., Calgary, AB T2G 0X5.
