Ernest Robert Cragg (Bob)

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Bob Cragg, after a long health battle, on Saturday, April 14, 2018, at the age of 83 years. He fought hard, complained little and always put others first. Bob was hardworking, honest and kind. He will be remembered for his sharp wit, true craftsmanship and ability to navigate life’s turbulent times. He loved his life, his family, and was loved and respected by all who knew him.

Bob is lovingly remembered by his wife of 62 years, Gladys; children, Dave and Arlene Tanner; grandchildren, Matt and Ashley; great-grandchild, Braeden; as well as his brother, Ed and sisters, Fran and Fern. He was predeceased by his parents, Oswald and Marvel and sisters, Carole and Joyce.

Bob will be greatly missed by his family.

A Memorial Service will be held at Foster’s Garden Chapel, 3220 – 4th Street NW, Calgary (across from Queen’s Park Cemetery), on Thursday, April 26, 2018, at 2:00 p.m.
