Donna Marie was born in the Crowsnest Pass, AB to Anne and Joseph Machowski on November 28, 1952. She grew up in Calgary and attended Sacred Heart Elementary/ Junior High School and St. Mary’s Girls High School. Donna Marie worked as a secretary and administrative assistant for a variety of companies including Husky Oil and Partec Lavalin. She had an outgoing, adventurous personality and loved to travel. Donna Marie enjoyed the six years she lived in the Cayman Islands and her door was always open to visitors. She was exceptionally creative, loved crafting and spent a lot of her time creating gifts and cards for family and friends.
Donna Marie was a generous soul and loved her niece, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews unconditionally. She is now reunited with her mom and dad and will probably keep their life in heaven as interesting as she did on earth.
Donna Marie is lovingly remembered by her brother, Terrance (Donna); her sister, Rita (Grant); niece, Laura (Derek); nephews, Paul (Jennifer), Stephen, Rob; grand-nephews, Owen and Connor; and her grand-nieces, Emma and Abigail. She was predeceased by her mom and dad Anne and Joseph Machowski.
