Donna Marie Foss

On Tuesday, November 3, 2015, Donna Marie Foss, beloved wife of Glenn Foss passed away peacefully at the age of 70.

Donna will be sadly missed by her husband Glenn, her sisters Pat (Gord) Steele, Jane (Ed) Bellmore of Cambridge, ON and brother John (Debbie) McCrudden of Kitchener, ON. Donna was predeceased by her mother Rita (nee Renner) McCrudden and her father W.M. James McCrudden, her mother-in-law Phylis Foss, brother-in-law Brian Foss, her brother Bill, sister-in-law Shirley McCrudden and a sister in infancy. Donna will also be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and cousins who knew and loved her.

Donna grew up and went to school in Cambridge, ON. Donna moved to Calgary, AB over 40 years ago where she worked at that time for Sceptre Resources and where she met Glenn Foss. They were married May 19, 1984 and lived in the Rundle area for the last 30 years where they had many great friends to celebrate with over the years.

Donna always had a smile on her face and had a special place in her heart for children and dogs of any age. Donna spent time volunteering for different causes, including Brownies and the SPCA. She was an excellent cook and generous to those around her. In the last few years, she would spend hours on the computer reaching out to the world through games and conversation.

Donna's cremated remains will be interred at Queen's Park Cemetery.

A Celebration of Donna's Life will take place at the Rundle Community Hall, 2409 - 50 Street N.E., Calgary, Alberta on Saturday, November 28, 2015 from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
