Hi to all family and friends. My condolences. It is indeed a sad day to lose such a sweet person. My prayers are with you. Also, Jake's as well.

When I look back on the times we shared together, I remember your wicked laugh, you trying to teach me golf, both in Calgary as a kid and later here in Australia, despite your best efforts I’m a hack, and encouraging me to have as much pop as I wanted.
You will be missed,

 I am very fortunate to have so many special memories of our time together as I was growing up. For me playing golf at Banff Springs, having a few beers and playing eight ball and cooking steaks on the grill in the snow, will all be special times with you treasured.  I was fortunate enough that you were able to meet my wife Susanne and our daughter Alesha when we visited in 2013.  
Thank you Uncle Colin for all the memories I will cherish forever, may you Rest In Peace.

I have so many memories of Colin over the years. He was a kind person and always had a smile on his face with a laugh to follow.  He was like a big brother to me as we spent so much time together growing up.   Our family camping weekends were so special. Colin had a great love for animals especially horses and I remember going out to see their horses with them and going to many horse shows to watch him. He also had a love for dogs and had tremendous patience for all my dogs when I brought them over. He loved their little dog Woody and laughed at everything he did. He also loved his many nieces and nephews and always looked forward to their visits. He loved his Western movies and spent endless hours watching them. I have many memories of our Christmases, Birthdays, family dinners and many Barbecues.  Colin was a big part of this family and he will be forever missed.  RIP dear Colin until we meet again. Love you❤️

Uncle Colin, 
I will always remember the visits we had as kids, being offered all the 'pop' and 'candy' we wanted!  'Grilling' hotdogs in the middle of winter, going to the '88 Olympics.  Thank you for teaching me to blow smoke circles - a  skill I have yet to need!!! 
 I'm thankful you were able to come to my wedding with Gramma and meet John.
Your patience when I visited with my own children Declan and Fionn, when all they wanted to watch was Bob the Builder instead of your much loved westerns, will also be remembered.  
You introduced Declan to the world of computer gaming at 5 - which we cannot get him away from today, 10 years later!

Uncle Colin, it really makes me smile looking back on all the fond memories of us spending time together, eating hotdogs and "popciles"  in a snow filled winter (a revelation for an aussie kid!), eating to many steaks, and eventually as an adult drinking to many beers! I even smiled at the memory of you going crook at us all the time when we shared a room in 1993 over Christmas.  It does make me very sad however to think that my kids, your great niece Alice and great nephew James won’t be able to meet you and will only hear the stories in years to come.

Cousins!!! What great memories I have of my Walker cousins, Colin was only 2 months older than me,  we were all very close!   Hugs and kisses to Auntie Doris and  Gwen!   In the photo Colin is the little guy in back row, he would have been 5 or 6 years old..... such happy times.
