So sad when loved ones leave us behind
Aunt Carole was such a classy lady who accepted me with both arms when I married Jeff Caldwell.  Uncle Mark and Aunt Carole never missed a visit with us when coming to London.  Home made dinners excited us all.   Good laughter getting caught up in life!   Proud of them
and I was the lucky one to have Aunt Carole in my life.    RIP  Always loved forever 💞🙏💗


Mark and Carole were so encouraging to us in the early years of our ministry in BC, and later,  whenever our paths crossed. Carole was every inch a lady; so well matched to Mark, always a gentleman giant. I’m sorry to hear of her battle with Alzheimer’s these last few years, but rejoice in the confidence that she is safe and well in God’s hands.  

I was so saddened to learn of Carole’s passing.  She was a trusted and special friend while we were both high school students at CNC in Red Deer.  Although our paths didn’t cross often after that, we did have the opportunity to meet at reunions.  Those were always memorable and fun-filled!

My condolences  to her sons, their families, and her grandchildren.   You were blessed with one lovely Mom.  I know her memory will be treasured.

We enjoyed  a long friendship that began in Winnipeg  at CNC. We lived around the corner in Ft. Rouge  when we became parents  and  shared in those  joys together, then moved to our assignments when that time came!
Carole was such a classy , well spoken  woman with a touch of quiet mischief- how I loved that! Also she was a seamstress, cook ,baker, and a wonderful homemaker!  RIP dear Carole and to the family - bask in the wonderful memories! 

We first met Carol and Mark while attending CNC in Winnipeg. And then we reconnected when I was a guest speaker in their church in Abbotsford; they hosted us in their home and they made us feel so welcome.We then reconnected years later in Calgary, they were one of the first to greet us when we came to First Naz. just all around warm and welcoming souls. Carol was every inch a lady, I know you will miss her greatly but we know this is not the last but the beginning because of the hope we have in Jesus. God bless you, it is never easy to say goodbye to a mother.

We send our condolences to Brian, Steve, their wives and children in the passing of a mother & grandmother.  Carole was a beautiful and gentle woman. We enjoyed many times together while they were here in Ottawa.

Precious memories of lovely Carol as she mentored our Bridlewood Church ladies’ program. Carol and Mark were a blessing and encouragement to us in Ottawa and we’ll always be thankful.  My parents, Rev Alex and Charlotte Patterson and family were blessed by their warm and caring spirit in ministry in Abbotsford BC even years after their ministry there. My mom would say “they have many jewels in their crown”  in their “Promotion to Glory”. May God bless their special family in this legacy of love, faith and service to Him.  

I fondly remember Carole and Mark when they were pastors at Ottawa Trinity.
She started LIFT (Ladies in Fellowship Together) and we ladies appreciated her ministry to us.  I can imagine her organizing the ladies in heaven in a LIFT program.
Rest in peace dear lady.  Depest condolences to the family.   She will be missed.

I have fond memories as a kid with the Caldwell family. One special memory is attending the air show. I was lucky enough to sit atop Marks giant shoulders! And when I was young I thought Carole was really a queen!
Times shared with Mark and Carole in my older years where and are treasured. I loved watching  them! I enjoyed their conversation, embraced their laughter and admired their spirits. They were and are beautiful souls!! I look forward to celebrating again with them one day.

We have warm and fond memories of Carole - and they include relationships over the many years our family spent together.  While you will miss your dear mom and grandma, she is at rest and peace in a wonderful place of no more pain or loss and is in the presence of the Lord.  She has gone home for Christmas!

What a beautiful picture of Carole - always elegant, a bit reserved and an infectious giggle. So many happy memories of my "roomie" at CNC. We often took the best room award at Open House.  
Graduation and then moving into careers. It was years later when Carole and Mark moved back to Calgary that we could reconnect.
At first the drives for ice cream, the visits with other CNC friends and then the quiet visits later in life.
Treasured memories for sure.  Rest in Peace my dear friend.
