Bonnie passed away peacefully at the age of 77 years with her Loving husband Fred at her side and in the company of her family at the Foothills County Hospice in Okotoks, Alberta on Thursday, April 8, 2021.
Bonnie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who enjoyed all her time spent with family and friends. Residing with Fred at their country home they built on Gladys Ridge near High River and travelling the world throughout their 45 years of marriage were some of their fondest and most memorable experiences that will never be forgotten. Bonnie enjoyed visiting, playing games both at home with friends & family accompanied with a tasty Rum cocktail, as well as games of chance at many establishments throughout her travels. She will be remembered lovingly by her friends and family as a fun, very kind-hearted special woman who loved profoundly and brought joy to everyone’s lives.
Bonnie is survived by and will forever be loved by her husband, Fred Ruzycki; her daughter Patti Nichols (Tim Tinsley); son Ron Farrow (Lonni Harper); her stepdaughter Nola Ruzycki-Berent (Adam Berent); step-son Blaine Ruzycki (Michelle Balic); eight grandchildren Stephanie, Darren, Sheldon, Kallyn (Brett), Anthony, Nicholas, Logan and Tyler and one great grandchild, Jacoby. Our fond and caring memories of you will be in our hearts and minds forever.
Bonnie will be joining her departed granddaughter Courtney; sisters Patricia and Marlene; brother Clayton; and parents Harold and Margaret Rix.
A private service will be held. The family greatly appreciates and wishes to thank the terrific staff at Foothills Country Hospice that looked after Bonnie (Mom) with such great care during her final days of life.
