Bev passed away peacefully surrounded by her family after a courageous battle with cancer on Thursday, May 05, 2011 in Calgary, Alberta. She was born in Hodgeville, Saskatchewan on March 21, 1957 and was a devoted wife of thirty-two years to her husband Gord. She will always be remembered. Bev is survived by daughter Dawn (Joel); son Shane (Heather); grandchildren Mason, Eden, and Lilah; mother Dorreen; and brother Larry. She is predeceased by her father Otto and sisters Dianne and Grace. A Celebration of Bev’s Life will be held at FOSTER’S GARDEN CHAPEL, 3220 – 4 Street N.W., Calgary (across from Queen’s Park Cemetery) on Monday, May 9, 2011 at 10:00a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made directly to Alberta Cancer Foundation c/o Tom Baker Cancer Centre, 1331 – 29 Street N.W., Calgary, Alberta T2N 4N2.
