It is with broken hearts that the family of Alison “Ali” Wilson, announce her sudden passing on Friday, March 22, 2024 at the Foothills Medical Centre in Calgary, AB at the age of 42. Ali suffered from two massive strokes that caused irreparable damage and was surrounded by family when she passed.
She is survived by her mother Lynn Wilson; sisters, Michelle (Brennan) Hutchinson and Cathy (Russell) Scott; nieces and nephews, Scarlett, Truett, Everett, Colter and Mae. She was predeceased by her father Jim Wilson, grandparents Harry and Alice Wilson, Frank and Florence Johnston.
Ali grew up on the family farm south of Glen Ewen, SK. She always loved adventures! She lived in Quebec for 3 years and became fluent in French. Working with youth has always been her passion! In her growing up years she spent most summers at Kenosee Lake Bible Camp, SK. As a young adult she spent her summers at Eagle Bay Camp, BC serving in many different roles. She loved being a Youth Pastor and serving in Youth Ministries. More recently she was working at New Age Services Inc. as a Community Disability Practitioner and at Calgary Board of Education as a Behavioural Support Worker.
Ali enjoyed watching basketball, gardening, biking, camping, berry picking and anything else that involved the outdoors.
Ali made a positive impact on so many lives and is going to be deeply missed by her family and friends.

There will a Graveside Memorial at Meridian Cemetery located south of Glen Ewen, SK at a later date.
