Kory James Moore

Kory J. Moore, age 51, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, September 9, 2023. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Grandpa JP, Grandpa and Grandma Wells; and Aunt Char. He is survived by his daughters Kailah and Kiely Moore; parents Jim and Mary Moore; brother, Jimmy and Sandy Moore and their family Tyler, Tanner, and Tia; and sister, Wendy Moore Williams and her daughter, Gabbi. Kory will be fondly remembered by Grandma Moore; Aunt Marsha, Aunt Brenda and Uncle Den, Uncle Skip and Aunt Gail; many cousins; and his special buds Uncle Gary and Tommy.

Kory enjoyed spending time with family and time with his hobbies of fishing, hunting, golfing, and relaxing at the lake. He found his calling by helping change the lives of youth through his guidance and love. Kory was known for his “storytelling,” words of wisdom, willingness to help others, love of the outdoors, sitting around a campfire or on the deck. He was part of a large extended family and loved to be around everyone whether it was at holiday celebrations or casual gatherings. Kory was a wonderful dad, son, brother, and uncle. He had many friends and cherished time spent with them.
