Karen Kay Burns (nee Wesaw), age 54, went to be with her Lord and Savior April 19, 2023. She was preceded in death by her parents Samuel and Virginia Wesaw; older sister, Sarah Wesaw; and grandparents Melvin and Eliza Fought. She will be lovingly missed by her husband of 28 years and true love for 35 years, Jeffrey Burns; three children Sydney, Samantha, and Summer; her four-legged friends Ralph, Max, Angus; six siblings Deb Yerington, Candace Wesaw, Tammy Wesaw, Joan Olds, John Wesaw, John Day Sr.; and many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
A celebration of Karen’s life will be held 12 p.m. Thursday, April 27, 2023 at Luella Collins Community Center, 419 126th Ave., Wayland, MI 49348, with visitation from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. prior to the service.
