Barbara Weiss

She was born in Trenton N.J. on December 16, 1938 to John and Helen Mesko.

Bobbie was a faithful child of God and an active member of Holy Family Roman Catholic Church in Caledonia. On May 21, 1960, Bobbie married Vince Weiss in Trenton, NJ. They spent many years residing in Winchester, VA before relocating to Caledonia, MI, developing a strong kinship with neighbors and friends. She enjoyed traveling, sailing, spending time with children, and caring for the neighbors' pets. She worked as a dental assistant and spent her subsequent years as a homemaker.

Bobbie joins her parents John and Helen; her beloved husband of 59 years, Vince; and sister, Joyce Ryan. Those left behind to cherish her memory are sisters Jane Sheppard and Marion (Cookie) Bain; sister-in-law, Trudy Vanderhoof; cousin, Joseph Yuhasz; uncle, Andrew Graycar; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A Funeral Mass will be held 11 a.m. on Friday, December 4, 2020 at Holy Family Catholic Parish, 9669 Kraft Ave. SE, Caledonia, MI 49316, with interment to follow at Alaska Cemetery. The family welcomes memories and messages in their guest book online at www.cookcaresbyron.com.
