William Joseph Mitchell

BJ was born in Austin, Texas on June 26, 1976 to John and Glenda Mitchell.

BJ was a kind and caring person who loved his children and his family. He would also be the first one to prank or scare you if given the chance. He also had that special knack of making everyone laugh and was the life of the party anywhere he went. BJ enjoyed all sports, but most especially soccer and disk golf. He was also a hard worker and worked in the food service industry most of his adult life. He started as a waiter and bartender and through hard work and dedication he was promoted all the way to general manager.

BJ is preceded in death by his parents, John Mitchell and Glenda Williams as well as his grandparents.

BJ is survived by his wife, Taylor Mitchell, his daughter, Jordan Mitchell and his son, Greyson Mitchell. He is also survived by his two sisters, Codi Reagor and Lisa Benick and his four brothers, Shane Carr, Brandon Carr, Michael Wyatt and David Wyatt and his step mother, Linda McAllister. Along with Aunts, Uncles, nieces, nephews and many cousins.

Visitation is planned for BJ on Friday August 23, 2024 from 5:00-7:00pm at Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home in Burnet, Texas.
