Rosie Springer

Rosellen Lynn “Rosie” Springer, age 37, of Burnet, Texas passed away on Saturday June 24, 2023. The visitation is scheduled for Friday June 30th from 5-7pm at Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home in Burnet. Services will be at 10:00am at Clements-Wilcox Funeral home on Saturday July 1st with burial to follow at Post Mountain Cemetery.

Rosie was born on August 11, 1985 in Temple, Texas to Mary and Williams Springer. She graduated from Burnet High school and later attended Baldwin Beauty School in Austin.

Rosie met Patrick Felan, the love of her life in 2006 and they began a partnership that included many good times along with a few bumps in the road.

Rosie worked for child daycare centers in her early years and later at Seton Highland Lakes as a medical assistant. She enjoyed many vacations with Patrick and the children including a very nice Disneyland Trip in 2019. Rosie designed T-Shirts for the entire family for the memorable trip.

Rosie was a very smart young lady and advised the family many times especially medically. This resulted in convincing her Father-In-Law to go straight to the hospital that ended in a star flight ride to be treated for a stroke. She always said, “I saved Rusty’s life.”

Rosie had a fierce personality ever since she was a child, and everyone who met her knew they had a friend for life.

Rosie is survived by the love of her life, Patrick and nine beautiful children; Devonte, Kyandra, Sophia, Emma, Valentina, Dax, Charlee, Eleanor, and Mia, along with one grandchild.

Rosie is also survived by her siblings, Ramon Van Der Dys, Tiffany Pratt, Emilie Gonzales, William Jr., Harli, Venus, Elizabeth and Minnie. Her parents Mary Zamora and Father William Springer along with numerous Aunts and Uncles.

She is also survived by her father and mother-in-law, Rusty and Yolanda Felan and brother-in-laws, David and Jeff and her sister-in law, Mandy and her good friend, Wendy.
