Lorraine Coleman

Lorraine grew up in and attended schools in Houston. She later lived in Colorado, California, and Alaska. She attended college in Fairbanks and married Mike Coleman August 20, 1983, in Kenny Lake, Alaska.

Lorraine was a resident of Burnet since 2000 and was a Central Checkout Manager at HEB in Burnet where she worked the past 14 years. She loved to garden, was animal lover, and attended the First Baptist Church in Burnet.

Survivors include her husband Mike Coleman of Burnet, brother Henry Springfield of Burnet and sister Bette Thompson of Chicago, Illinois. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Andy Springfield, and a nephew Benjamin Buras.

A memorial service for Lorraine will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, May 30 at the Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home in Burnet. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or to any organization caring for animals. Condolences may be offered to www.clementswilcoxburnet.com
