Alta Louise Holt

Alta was born to Zola Mae Ingram and William Ervin Chandler on November 16, 1930.

After graduating from high school and attending college she joined the workforce. She was a bookkeeper for several businesses throughout her many years of working.

Alta married Stanley Hudson while attending college and had 3 children. After the passing of Stanley, Alta provided for her children with years of love and support.

After raising her children, she met and married Wallace “Mike” Holt. They spent years sharing many of life’s adventures while living in Big Springs, Texas.

She lived her last years close to her children in Burnet, Texas. You could always find her reading a book, except twice a week when she played bingo. She always won! She also enjoyed eating cheese, tomatoes and crackers while watching Wheel of Fortune.

Alta will be missed by all her family and friends.

There will be a memorial graveside service at a later date in Big Springs, Texas.
