CHAN Wing Hong - "Grandma" - passed away peacefully at the age of 75 on March 13, 2011 with her loving family by bedside. She was born in Singapore; lived in Malaysia, Beijing, Guangdong and Hong Kong. She later immigrated to Vancouver in 1990. She is predeceased by her husband, Zhen Ming YIM and survived by her two daughters and five grandchildren. Grandma took pride in her family and dedicated all her time to raising her grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Sincere thanks to the wonderful staff at Mount St Joseph's Hospital ECU for the care and compassion they provided.
Visitation will be held Saturday, March 19, 2011 from 5 pm to 7 pm at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, from where Funeral Service will be held Sunday, March 20, 2011 at 10:30 am. Cremation to follow at West Coast Crematorium.
