Our beloved mother, Fung, Wai Ying peacefully passed away on 4th September, 2021 at the age of 97.
She was born in Canton, China and moved to Hong Kong where she worked diligently with our father to raise nine children. She then immigrated to Vancouver, Canada after her retirement where she was really enjoying her life. She was very active in the Vancouver community as a volunteer for many cultural groups and activities.
She has twelve grand children and 11 great grand children, making the family gatherings over 40 participants. All these wonderful happy memories are kept in our hearts and we pray for her to be reborn in a blissful pure land of immeasurable light.
A blessing card for prayers for 49 days has been placed at Lingyen Mountain Temple Canada. (10060 No. 5 Road Richmond BC V7A 4E5 ) Friends are welcome to visit and join the commemoration in the temple. Thank you very much!
