Tisa is survived by: her son, Jason (Susan); grandchildren, Kevin, Michael, Danelle Setterington (Fred), and Ryan Joe; two great grandchildren, Hope and Nate; sister, Cynthia Lum; nieces, Gloria, and Georgina; nephew, Vincent; and her son in law, Errol Joe. She is predeceased by her husband, Harry Chow, and daughter, Lita Joe.
Tisa was born on November 28, 1932 in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. She graduated from College and moved to Vancouver, BC in 1961 where she began working as a bookkeeper.
A private family Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, December 5th at Ocean View Burial Park, Burnaby.
The family would like to thank the caregivers and staff at the Lakeview Care Home for their care and dedication.
