It is with fond and happy memories, that we say goodbye to Ms. Siu Fong Cheung, a devoted mother, loving grandmother and great grandmother, caring friend, and elegant lady. She left us suddenly on the morning of June 4, 2016. She passed away with dignity, quickly, and peacefully, in the arms of her loving daughters Eva and Lisa. Siu Fong will be fondly remembered for her devotion to her family, kind and charitable nature, as an avid gardener, love of travel, sense of adventure and talent for cooking.
Siu Fong was a gentle, generous, “on the go” woman, with great curiosity, creativity, and courage. She leaves us behind to continue her adventure and will forever linger in our hearts and thoughts as we strive to accomplish a beautiful life as fulfilling and gracious as hers.
Siu Fong was predeceased by her husband Joseph, brother Alex and his wife Kwan Ying, and her nephew Paul. She is survived by her sister Kim, sons Pat, Winson and his wife Melinda, Brian, Frank and his wife Kelly, and Ming Tak and his wife Yuk Heung, her daughters Linda and her husband Alan, Eva and her husband Tony, Lisa, Ida, Tania, Sau Kuen and her husband Moon, Siu Kuen and her husband Kin, her nephew George, and her niece Connie and her husband Monty
Her legacy continues on through her grandsons Billy and his wife Katya, Rick and his wife Nancy, Andrew, Julian, Stephen, and Siu Yin, her granddaughters Christina and her husband Joseph, Lindsay and her husband Gorazd, Vicky and her husband Dave, Abby and husband Victor, Maggie and her husband Kyler, Cathleen and her husband Lai, Yuk Ying, her great grandsons, Justin, Caius, Chi Kiu, Ching Kiu, and Nicholas, and great granddaughters Olivia, Isabelle, and Elena.
