Dear Howard and family, 

I was very sorry to hear of the loss of your Mother. 

My most vivid memories of her are when she invited me over to pick up some photos for a display I was making for Howard's 30th birthday. She warmly greeted me and offered me some tea while we poured through old photos. It was during that time that I got a sense of how important her family was to her, and how very proud she was of each of her children. Each one gave her a unique and special joy. 

It was heartwarming to witness the joy expressed on her face during that quiet December visit. I am confident that that joy stayed with her until the end. 

Please know that we are keeping you in our thoughts as your celebrate the life of this very special lady.
