Dear Ron,i am so sad that you are gone but you fought a brave battle and will always be remembered as a kind gentleman.You always put everyone else ahead of yourself you were a man of the people and a very true friend who could ask for more.You never got to finish the book you were writing i know you wanted to  but you were so tired.I will miss our talks you always shared so much wisdom and good jokes too that made me laugh,Michael.Samantha and Dylan really thought alot of you and had so much respect for you but you knew that .You will be missed so much more than you will know R.I.P my friend till we meet again

Ron,was a very fine man. He was someone that you could talk to about anything. I enjoyed it when I first met him on line and he would call me up and talk for hours. He always told me that he was shy. He was a friend that you could count on. I will miss his daily mails. We would have enjoyed each others company. He will be missed. I loved hearing about his latest coin collections and DVD's. Ron, although I never met you in person I got to know you through our emails to each other, you came across as a very decent witty person who I am sure if we had met up would have hit it off. I will miss our chats we had. Our sympathy to your family

Ronnie I remember the days growing up together and out conversations on the phone and of course the last dinner we had when I meter up with you in Vancouver . It was nice to receive your paintings and it certainly would have been a joy to read your manuscript unfortunately time was cut short. You will truly be missed and I know u are with mom and dad enjoying yourself while you have a cool one.

Ron, we will miss your phone calls and quirky personality!  You were great at conversation, you could talk for hours, so much better than Gord! You were writing a book, which we hope some day we will be able to read excerpts from it, if you didn't finish it. We know at some point you and Verley wanted to move back to Winnipeg, but it wasn't to be.  Sorry we never got to see each other for a few years, but we will remember you healthy, and pain free.  We were happy you found Verley, and know you had happiness in your last years because of her love and companionship.  You will be missed, and always be in our memories. We are so saddened that you are no longer with us. Your life was taken away from us way too soon. You fought your battle with great dignity and perseverance. Whenever, I spoke to you, you had so much hope and didn't let on how sick you really were.
