It is with sadness to announce the passing of Polly Kwok Wah Chui. She was born in Macau in 1941, and passed away in Surrey, on October 23, 2011 at the age of 70. Predeceased by her husband Hin Wing Chui, she is dearly survived by her son Raymond and her daughter, Karen. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
Visitation will be held Sunday, October 30, 2011 from 5 pm to 7 pm at Forest Lawn Funeral Home.
