December 9, 1963 – March 16, 2024
Peggy Pei-Yu Lee passed away on Saturday, March 16th, 2024 from pancreatic cancer. She leaves behind her husband, Allen Lee, and 2 children, Jacqueline and Jeremy.
Born in Gangshan, Taiwan, Peggy was the 3rd of 4 children to Chiun-Hsing and Hui-Chu Tong. She was raised in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, and moved to Vancouver in her early teen years. She graduated from SFU’s Beedie School of Business and started working as an accountant with CGA Canada. After taking time off from her career to raise her children, she worked with the Vancouver School Board for over 8 years. She was a member of ECBC Church and served in the AWANA ministry.
Her Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 20th, at 10:00 AM at ECBC Burnaby Church - 5110 Marine Dr, Burnaby.
The interment will be at Ocean View Funeral and Burial Park in Burnaby on Saturday, April 20th, at 1:30 PM, at the Garden of Hope lot.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in her honour to the BC Cancer Foundation.
