Gertrude (Gert) Campbell (nee McLean) was born on January 14, 1940 in Chatham, NB and passed away on May 2, 2017 in Surrey, BC. Predeceased by her father, William A. McLean; mother, Gemma S. McLean (nee Savoie) and brothers, Walter W. McLean and William J. (Billy) McLean. Lovingly survived by her husband, Don Campbell; sons, Jim (Nelia) Brown and Lance (Carleen) Brown; granddaughters, Cheyenne and Grace Brown; sister, Colleen (Steve) Appleby and several nieces and nephews. She had a career with VGH as a Patient Escort for over 30 years. Inurnment to take place at 1:30 pm on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 in Ocean View Burial Park's 'Chapel Courtyard' followed by a Reception in Ocean View Funeral Home's 'Fireside Lounge'. In lieu of flowers, donations to the BC Lung Association would be appreciated.
