Maria Theresa Sim

Theresa passed away peacefully on the 2nd of February after suffering from a stroke. Theresa grew up in Hong Kong and was an accomplished pianist. She married Francis in 1956 and they immigrated to Vancouver in 1967 along with their three children and soon two more children were born. Together Theresa and Francis were devoted and wonderful parents. Sadly, Francis passed away in 1999. Theresa will be lovingly remembered by her children Edwin Sim (Naruemol), Sabrina Lo (Wah Sum), Juliana Cheney (Robert), Tina Church (David) and Kenneth Sim (Teena); grandchildren Tiana, Michael, Tyler, Mitchell, Naruebordin, Alexander, Jessica, Kaden, Connor and Cody; step-grandchildren Tak Chun Lo (Kitty) and Tak Ho Lo; and step-great-grandchildren Aiden and Vera.

A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, February 10th, 2016 at 1:30 pm at Ocean View Funeral Home, 4000 Imperial Street, Burnaby, British Columbia.
