It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loving Father and Husband, Ivan Jelic on April 14, 2024, at the age of 86. He was predeceased by his parents Ante and Maria Jelic; his brother Jozo and his sister Andja. Ivan is survived by his loving family; wife Dragica; children, Barbara and Ivan(Kelly) and sister Anka.
He also leaves behind family and friends in Croatia, Canada and USA.
Viewing Service will be held on Tuesday April 23, 2024 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm at Ocean View Funeral Home and Burial Park-Visitation Room.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 am Thursday, April 25, 2024 at Immaculate Heart of Mary, 3105 E. 1st Avenue, Vancouver. Entombment to follow at 12 pm-Ocean View Funeral Home and Burial Park - South Mausoleum. Reception to follow at 1:30 pm-Slovenian Hall at 5762 Sprott Street Burnaby.
