It is with sadness the passing of Mr. Hsi Feng Tsai in Vancouver, BC on December 6, 2010 at the age of 86. Mr. Tsai was born in Ning Po, Zhe Jiang, China. He is lovingly survived by his wife, Chu Ying Chang, children and grandchildren. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
A visitation will be held Friday, December 10, 2010 from 5 pm to 7 pm at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 3789 Royal Oak Avenue, Burnaby, BC. Cremation will take place at West Coast Crematorium.
