on Saturday October 21, 2023, at the age of 88.
She was born in Guangdong on October 22, 1934, the eldest daughter to Cheuk Wong and Sau Chung Chan.
She is survived by her husband Kun Choi, sons Raymond and Stephen, daughters-in-law Doris and Catherina, granddaughter Denise, and grandsons Jonathan and Justin. She also leaves behind her two brothers Steven and Thomas, five sisters Alice, Esther, Vivian, May, and Dorothy, many nieces and nephews, and extended family members and friends in Vancouver, Hong Kong, Macau, China, the Netherlands, Toronto, and the United States.
Her greatest joy was her family, and she will be dearly missed.
A visitation for Hau Mui will be held Saturday November 11th from 4pm – 6pm at Ocean View Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be held on Sunday November 12th at 1pm at the Ocean View Funeral Home, followed by the burial at Ocean View Burial Park at 2:30pm.
The family would like to invite everyone attending the funeral service to join them afterwards for a reception at Lee Garden Seafood Restaurant at 6401 Kingsway in Burnaby at 4pm.
