Giovanna Russo

1932-2022

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Giovanna Russo on February 27, 2022. Giovanna was born July 30, 1932 in Pietrabbondante, Isernia, Italy. She is survived by her loving husband Luigi-Gino; children Nina (Patrick), Lora (Doug), Angelo (Michelle) grandchildren Dylan, Alyssa, Nathan, Nicholas, Jacob, Julia and Gianna Lucia; brother Joseph (Ancilla)

Thank you to all who provided great care to our beloved mother during her time at Villa Carital. Visitation will take place at Bell & Burnaby Funeral Chapel 4276 Hastings St. Burnaby, on Wednesday March 9th from 6:30pm until 8:00pm A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Sorrows Parish 555 Slocan St. Vancouver on Thursday March 10, 2022 at 11:00am.
