Diagnosed with terminal cancer, Gary Ging Lun Jang passed away February 8, 2023, at the age of 87. Originally from China, Gary came to Canada as a teenager and considers Vancouver as his home. Before his long career with BC Ferries, he was an independent businessman. Gary is survived by his wife, son, daughter-in-law, grandsons, nieces, and nephews.
