Mrs. Elsie Johnson

We are deeply saddened by the passing of our mother at the age of 92.

She is survived by her loving sons, Bill Johnson, Wesley Johnson, Calvin Johnson, and Evan Johnson and three daughter in laws; Debbie, Kim and Valerie. Granddaughter Angie, and Grandsons Karl, Warren and Mathew. Five great grandchildren Kaitlyn and Amelia of Edmonton, Amelia of Coquitlam, B.C., and Braelin and Rachel of Toronto. Brother John and Fred Reichert. Sister’s Helen, Esther and Trudy. Predeceasing Elsie are sister’s Frieda, Dina, brother Eric Reichert, and her dear husband Gilbert Johnson.

Elsie loved to cook and bake pies, chiffon cake and all types of dessert, which we all loved. She loved her hummingbirds, dogs, drives, trees and she loved to visit her family in Calgary, Edmonton, 100 Mile House. Elsie loved all plants, flowers and had success with all plants. She loved to go to Metro Baptist Church.

Elsie always looked her best and loved to dress up in her best clothes for Church, which she loved to attend every Sunday. Elsie was loved and respected by her nieces, nephews, and her many dear friends throughout her life. She will be greatly missed.
