Catherine Mary Lemon

Catherine Mary Lemon (née Sudbury), 56, passed away peacefully on December 12, 2017 at the Burnaby Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer. Cathy was born November 27, 1961 in Burnaby to Mary and Joseph William (Bill) Sudbury. She graduated early with the class of 1978 from Templeton Secondary, after which she had a long and rewarding career at ICBC. Cathy is survived by her children, Alexandra Lemon and André van Doorn; her mother, Mary Sudbury; her sisters, Margaret (Dave), Jean (Lorrie), and Patty; her brother, Rick (Tara); her former spouse, Brad (Marge); and numerous nieces,nephews and friends. Cathy was predeceased by her father, Bill Sudbury. Prayers will be offered on Wednesday, December 20th, at 7:00pm at St Helen's Church, 3860 Triumph Street, Burnaby, where Funeral Mass will take place on Thursday, December 21st at 10:00am followed by a reception downstairs.
