Carla passed away suddenly on October 10, 2013, after a brief illness. She is survived by her only daughter, Carsta (Mark) Wong, her two grandchildren; Tyler and Chris, along with family and friends. She will be lovingly remembered by all who knew her. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
