Joe Santoyo

Joe was born in Santa Paula California. His parents were Aniceta and Guillermo Santoyo. He was the brother of 4 sisters and 4 brothers. 2 sisters and 3 brothers have preceded him in death. Joe was an Uncle to numerous nieces and nephews. He loved and was cared for by his extended family, The Medrano family.

After serving in the U.S. Army, Joe earned a College degree from Los Angeles State University. He became a High School Educator of Art and Spanish. Several of his students admired him and remained in contact with him through out the years. Some of his Educator colleagues as well. Sherman Oaks, California is where he established his residence.. He loved traveling to many Countries, he ventured throughout Europe, Asia, Middle East, and Mexico. Music, Song and Art kept Joe's leisure time busy.

Joe touched many hearts with his kindness and generosity.
