Uncle Jim, I remember you but sadly not very well. I haven't seen you in many years but I do remember seeing you every year when I was a kid, going to Grandma and Granpas' house in Santa ANa and seeing you there. Say hello to everyone up there in heaven for us down here

I am not sure exactly what I want to say. I remember a drop out tourney we were in when I was a new golfer. I would hit the ball a little ways and jim would say perfect shot and I would say REALLY !!! He always said the perfect thing at the right time. He made me FEEL great about my golf game when truth be told I wasn't very good at all.  He probably is the reason that I did become a 13 hcp and top 5 in the women's club. I am saddened to hear of the passing of my Uncle Jim.  I remember as a boy growing up in Santa Ana and getting a chance to hang out with him.  My Dad, Lawrence (or Dick as he preferred to be called) was in the Marines and stationed in Japan for a year.  My uncles, Jim and John, stepped up and provided the male guidance a young boy needs.  Thank you Uncle Jim for being there when I needed you most.  My heart and love goes out to my Aunt Bobbi and cousins Shannon and Jim.  I love you all

So sad to hear the news and my heart goes out to Aunt Bobbi, Shannon and Jimmy. My mom told me great stories of her and her brother, Jim when they were young. Dancing together, sneaking out at night to go to Balboa and just plain having fun together. What I remember most is Uncle Jim's great laugh...always heard at Grandma & Grandpa's house when the Mason family was gathered for some occasion. A laugh full of life and fun! We are better for knowing him and calling him our family. â™¥
