Barbara E Schaeffer

Barbara E. Schaeffer, age 63, a 13-year resident of Laughlin, Nevada, passed away Tuesday, May 22, 2012, in Bullhead City, Arizona. She was born January 4, 1949, to Patrick and Evelyn Johnson Bealer. Barbara married Jerome L. Schaeffer on August 22, 1972.

She was an employee of the Pioneer Casino as a retail clerk. Barbara was very active in the bowling community, she loved to

cross-stitch, and loved spending time with her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Barbara is survived by her loving husband of 39 years, Jerome; two sons, John Zaiss of Laughlin, and James (Tisha) Zaiss of

Bullhead City; two daughters, Carrie Lynn Schaeffer (Penny) Calhoun of Fort Madison, Iowa, and Jennifer (Chris) Schaeffer

Bishop of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; and 13 grandchildren.

Arrangements are under the care of Dimond & Sons of Bullhead City, Arizona, and Greenview Memorial Gardens of Silvis, Illinois.
