Funeral service will be held Saturday, July 31st at 10:00 am at Memorial Funeral Chapel in Bryan. Interment will follow at Kurten Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 – 8 pm Friday at the funeral chapel.
Sandra was born May 10, 1944 in Midway the daughter of Frank R. and Zula Faye (Baker) Warren. She was a lifelong member of Wesley United Methodist Church and enjoyed fellowship with the Sew-N- Sews. Sandra loved baking cakes, watching game shows, watching any Aggie sports and the Dallas Cowboys.
Sandra is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Edward Lenz Sr.; and great-grandson, Barron Siegert.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Edward Jr. and Kim Lenz of Milano; daughters, Kimberly Lenz and boyfriend Colby Muth of Edge, Courtney Lenz of Kurten; daughters and sons-in-law, Melissa and Ken Tharp of Somerville, and Darla and Randy Rychlik of College Station; her forever sons-in-law, Kenny Phillips and Tobey Stewart; brother and sister-in-law, Billy and Linda Warren of College Station; sister and brother-in-law, Betty and Wayne Moon of Holland, Texas; grandchildren, Tyler, Hunter, Reagan and Duncan Phillips, Megan Siegert, Chris and Corey Barnes, Dustin Herring, Nikki VonGonten, Taylor Hohlt, Layne Tharp and Josh Rychlik; great-grandchildren, Madison Hammond, Olivia Siegert, Kayleigh, Sarah and Jenny Barnes, Kynlie Barnes, Kaylyn Kasberg, Taytum Hohlt, and one on the way, Tucker VonGonten; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Kim May for the loving care, compassion and time she gave to our mother. Your dedication to her made her comfortable through this difficult time. We would also like to thank Hospice Brazos Valley for their loving care.
