Ruth Huff

Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Sunday, July 15 at First Pentecostal Church in Bryan with Reverend Brian Jones officiating. Interment will follow at Smetana Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 – 8 p.m. Saturday, July 14 at Memorial Funeral Chapel in Bryan.

Ruth was born December 16, 1935 in Brazos County the daughter of Harley and Climmie (Schoonover ) Pearson. She was a member of First Pentecostal Church in Bryan and worked 15 years at All God’s Children Day Care at the church; where she was known as “grandma”.

Ruth is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Arthur Huff Jr.; son, Bobby Joe Riley; brother, Norman Pearson; and a great-granddaughter, Samantha Ray.

She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Wayne and Lynn Huff, Glen and Lisa Huff, Gene and Debbie Huff; daughters and sons-in-law, Karen and Jeff Riley, Joyce and Don Crocker, Crystal and Richard Price, Cindy and Damion Minchey; brother and sister-in-law, Gene and June Huff; sister-in-law, Betty Carroll; thirty-one grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, numerous nieces and nephews and her wonderful church family.
