A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, July 8 at Memorial Funeral Chapel in Bryan.
Lula was born April 6, 1929 in Burleson County the daughter of Sam and Bessie (Maglitto) Campise. She was a long time member of St. Francis by the Lake Episcopal Church in Canyon Lake, Texas where she also sang in the church choir. Lula was a member of the Art Guild in Canyon Lake and enjoyed playing Bridge with her friends. Lula was a talent lady; she enjoyed sewing making all of her dresses.
Lula is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Rose Hartsfield; and a brother, Frank Campise.
She is survived by her husband of 68 years, James T. Love Jr.; daughters and sons-in-law, Pam and Gary Mobley, Janet and Bryan Bazemore; brothers, Sam Campise, Paul Campise, Vince Campise, Alfred Campise and David Campise; grandchildren, Holly Liles, Melissa Carter, Jennifer Parks, Amy Dyche and Kristen Brunson; fourteen great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
