John H. Holloway Jr.

A graveside for John will be held Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Center Point Cemetery, FM 480, Center Point, Texas 78010.

John was born May 9, 1947 in Bay City the son of John Sr. and Ila Pearl (Williams) Holloway. He attended Lee College in Wharton and other college classes for his construction background. John was an avid outdoorsman, he loved skeet shooting, fishing and especially hunting. He worked construction all over the United States for more than 50 years. John retired as President of Bomasada Construction in Houston in January 2021.

John is preceded in death by his parents; son, Michael Durrell Holloway; and a sister, Myrna Jo Ann (Holloway) Highfield.

He is survived by his wife, Billie Holloway of Bryan; son, Kenneth John Holloway and wife Bridget of College Station; son, Dusty Brimberry and wife Stormi of Tomball; son, Jason Brimberry and wife Courtney of Mansfield; sister, Jean (Holloway) Witt and husband Gerald; sister, Sue Holloway; grandchildren, Veronica, Allison, Alaina, Skylar, Zoe, Mia, Kadyn, Harper and Major; and numerous nieces and nephews.
